Questions we hear often.
How does Ardent get paid?
Providers pay us when a deal closes. There is no fee for AI teams.
What size of deployment do you work with?
Mostly dedicated capacity, from a few nodes to multi-thousand-GPU clusters, on terms from a few months to several years.
Which GPUs and locations do you cover?
Current NVIDIA generations, including Blackwell, Hopper and RTX PRO, mainly in the United States and Europe, depending on what providers have available.
How long until capacity is live?
Capacity that already exists can be ready in days or weeks. A new dedicated cluster typically takes 14–16 weeks from contract signature.
Who do we sign the contract with?
You sign directly with the provider. We negotiate price and service terms for you and stay involved until the GPUs are running.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any details are shared, and we only introduce you to providers you have agreed to.
I can introduce clients or data centers. Can we work together?
Yes. We work with brokers and advisors under a written agreement, with registration of each introduction and transparent fees.
