Privacy policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains how Ardent Compute LLC ("Ardent", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit ardentcompute.com or contact us. We keep it short on purpose: we collect little, and only to talk with you about GPU capacity.
1. Who we are
Ardent Compute LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We are the data controller for the data described here. Contact: info@ardentcompute.com.
2. What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or write to us: your name, email, company, role, and what you need or what you can offer (for example GPU type, volume, region and timeline), plus anything you add in your message.
- Calls you book. If you schedule a call, the booking details (name, email, time) are handled through our calendar tool.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you and to assess whether we can help.
- To match your request with verified providers or customers, and to make introductions you have asked for.
- To manage our business relationship, including NDAs and follow-up.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in running our B2B business, and, where needed, your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Notion (our contact records), Make (workflow automation), and Google (email, calendar and web fonts). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
We share your details with a provider or customer only to make an introduction you have asked for, and under NDA.
5. International transfers
Ardent and most of these providers are based in or process data in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the length of any business relationship and any legal requirement. After that we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of them, write to info@ardentcompute.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
