2. What we do and do not do

Ardent makes GPU compute capacity available to customers, covering cloud, bare metal and colocation. The capacity is operated by verified third-party providers, and we help negotiate commercial terms. We are paid by providers.

  • We are not a cloud or data center provider. Contracts for capacity, space and power are signed directly between the provider and the customer.
  • We do not guarantee availability, delivery dates or specifications. These depend on each provider and are confirmed in the final agreement.
  • Introductions to financing partners are introductions only. We do not lend, and we do not give financial or legal advice.
